Who are the smartest most driven, results achieving people you've met in your career?
Who are the disruptors? the innovators, the people who don't even notice that there's a box...
Those that collaborate, share ideas are generous and thoughtful
The ones who aren't afraid to call it like they see it, and aren't afraid to admit a mistake
Ideally these are people you've worked with at the same company but met will suffice...
Now, look at where they work, how many end up at the same place? and if they do - and stay a decent amount of time (I'm being vague because that is a profession and industry variable)
That might be a good place to work...
