International coaching week: Where to next?

If this week and the posts around coaching have inspired you here are some ideas for next steps

If you're a manager and want to be more coach like as a leader you can go light and read The Coaching Habit by the fabulous Michael Bungay Stanier. An easy read and full of helpful tactics.

If you want more formal learning there are many coach training programs out there (top tip: you can do them in two parts, part one teaches the skills you need and part two is what you need to get and ICF qualification. And in a recent meeting one of the largest clients I work with told me that of the leaders who volunteered and went through 25 hours of coach training as part of their own development, one in six has been promoted or found and larger role within the company

Or get a coach for yourself, it's the most hyper personalized development you can get and it meets you where you are and helps you work on what you want to work on

This week is international coaching week, and to celebrate I’m offering a free coaching session the the first person responding in a DM to this post . No strings attached. Talk with me about your life, career, goals anything you like (and if you were first yesterday - give someone else a chance eh?)

And if you’re a coach, I’ll offer supervision or coach mentoring
