Yet another got me thinking
And some are just plain cultural... Living in Singapore I like to provide a little local color and give some detail on the history and significance of our public holidays like Vesak Day, Hari Raya Haj or the Lunar New Year and associated animal (this is the year of the Metal Ox).

Hello, it's me, vacation-Lisa.
People often confuse me and Lisa, but we are actually quite different. Lisa proofreads everything...twice. Vacation-Lisa proofreads takeout menus. Lisa worries about deadlines. Vacation-Lisa worries about squeezing a nap in before dinner arrives. Lisa gets nervous about speaking up in a meeting. Vacation-Lisa gets nervous the karaoke machine will run out of songs (okay, that's not true, not true at all)...but you get the gist.
I'll be back to my old self on 10/04/2021, but for now, vacation-Lisa is outta here. If your message is urgent, reach out to
