Learning something new?
Then you need to practice, the lessons are only a small part of the process (anyone who studied a musical instrument as a child will remember this all too well)
And at time of writing there is not short cut for practice. You can optimize your practice but you still need to do the hard yards to embed the skill.
But what if you practice it improperly? (Golfers, and those of you lifting weights look away) and perfect the wrong technique? Yes
Practice does not make perfect
Only perfect practice makes perfect (and therefore) permanent
So be careful what and how your practice!
